This room is basement level but has high windows that allow light, but no views. There is a queen and 2 twin beds as well as a third twin trundle bed. It has a sofa and love seat, small table & chair, refrigerator, microwave and other comfort items. It has a private bath and is a quiet, pleasant space. It is a great room for your dogs to enjoy while you are out and about.

Also called "Granny's Room", this room is an oversized bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. Windows host beautiful views on two sides of the house. Pets are easily brought in and out if they are traveling with you. Remember we do not charge extra for your pet and if well behaved may remain in your room while you enjoy the area.

This unit is upstairs in the main home. It has a queen bed on the floor level and a twin bed in a loft. You can lie in bed and watch the sun come up over the mountains. The unit shares a large bathroom across the hall with one other bedroom on the same floor. The upstairs has a great sitting area with awesome views on both sides of the house.

This is a large room with a queen and twin bed. Perfect for families traveling with children. This room has awesome views of mountains in Massachusetts, Vermont and New York states. The bathroom is large and down the short hallway.

The guest house is a separate unit with a large bedroom - with queen & twin beds and room for a roll-a-way bed if needed. There is an office space in the bedroom. The next room is a living room which opens onto a deck for outdoor dining and relaxing, a dining room which looks into the kitchen across a bar and the kitchen has most utensils dining ware and tools you need for cooking .

The bath includes a tub/shower. All units have free wi-fi available.
